Northern California's favorite dogs are at it again! Today is Rugby’s sixth birthday and he has invited his best friend, Jack, to a birthday tea at the elegant Cypress Inn in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The two dogs quickly learn that delicate tea cups and Rugby’s new bouncing birthday ball don’t mix. Leaving their best manners behind, it’s off to frolic at the Carmel Beach, where they discover that the birthday ball is a great way to make new friends.
